The applicants are advised to read the instructions/conditions carefully before applying and ensure that they fulfil the requisite qualifications and other conditions. The candidature of the candidates will be rejected if they are found ineligible at a later stage. 
 
 I. Offline applications are invited from eligible candidates in the prescribed format (i.e. application form ‘A’) for Administrative and Teaching posts (Sr. No. 1-18) in the University. The application form alongwith details of essential qualifications (For Administrative posts click here and for Teaching posts click here) , pay-scale, general instructions and conditions etc. can be downloaded from the University Website www.luvas.edu.in. The duly filled in application form alongwith self attested photocopies of required certificates and documents should be received at the address “The Registrar, LUVAS, Hisar-125004” on or before 17.11.2017 (01.12.2017 from the candidates residing abroad) upto 4.30 PM. Application processing fee in the shape of Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank of  Rs. 1600/-  (Rs. 400/- for SC/ BCA/ BCB of Haryana) for posts at Sr. No. 1 to 18 drawn in favour of “The Registrar, LUVAS, Hisar” and payable at Hisar should be attached with each application form. The women candidates of Haryana shall also be granted 50% concession in application processing fee in the category to which she belongs. Persons with disability belonging to Haryana State shall be exempted from payment of application processing fee. No fee will be accepted through cheque, cash, money order, postal order etc. In-service candidates should apply through proper channel, however, they must submit an advance copy alongwith application processing fee and self attested copies of all the documents on or before the last date of receipt of application. Benefit of reservation will be admissible only to those SC/BCA/BCB/PWD/ESM/Sports candidates who are domicile of Haryana State.

Candidates applying for posts given discipline wise i.e. from Vety. Surgery & Radiology, Vety. Microbiology, Animal Genetics & Breeding and Vety. Gynaecology & Obstetrics at Sr. Nos. 14 to 17 will submit only one application for each discipline.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Since the administrative posts except the post of Director Extension Education, advertised vide Advt. Nos. 1/2015 and 2/2016 have been withdrawn, therefore, those who had applied for these posts in response to the above advertisements should apply afresh, if interested, alongwith prescribed application processing fee, provided they fulfil the qualifications and eligibility conditions, against fresh advertisement. However, they can claim the refund of fee. 

2. The posts at Sr. No. 1 to 6, 8 and 9 will be filled on tenurial basis for a period of 4 years only.  However, no Dean/Director/Registrar shall be given second term. Even those applicants who have served one term in any other University will not be considered. Provided further that where a person has already worked as Dean/Director/Registrar in the past, that period will be reduced from his/her term of 4 years, if it exceeds 90 days.

3. The appointment to the post of Comptroller could also be made by transfer or on deputation from the State Govt./Govt. of India/ICAR/any  other autonomous Institutions established under the Act of State Assembly or Parliament. The representative of Finance Deptt. Govt. of Haryana or Comptroller/equivalent from a university may also apply, provided he/she fulfils the qualifications prescribed for this post as at Sr. No. 7 of prescribed qualifications for administrative posts.
